Hi
I try to set up EVAL-CN0338-ARDZ with EVAL-ADICUP360 while referring to “CO2 Gas Measurement Demo”.

I got ADuCM360_demo_cn0338.hex：226KB by CCES.
But PC shows following Pop Up Window.
I attached PC screen shot files(screen shot.zip) of CCES.

Please give me some advice on what is wrong.

For the ADICUP360, in order to use the drag and drop feature, the file must be in a .BIN file format (not.HEX)

It looks like there might be a lingering connection for the board to an unfinished openocd process.
Try restarting the computer to make sure the process is stopped and then also power cycle the board. Then try just to drag and drop the hex file without trying to debug from crosscore.
By the way, does just debugging the project work? Without creating any hex file to begin with.
