is it possible to access the cyclic voltammetry functionality on the EVAL-CN0428-EBZ with the pre installed base firmware.
We will be using the EVAL-ADICUP3029 as the main controller with EVAL-M355-ARDZ-INT arduino shield and communication via i2c to the measurement engine in the CN0428
Would like to avoid writing firmware for the CN0428 if possible.
Unfortunately, the CN0428 firmware has no cyclic voltammetry functionality built-in. Only pH/conductivity/ORP/Temperature measurement and impedance. What type of sensor are you planning to run CV on?
Just to be sure, you do mean the CN0428 Water quality circuit note, not the CN0429 Gas measurement circuit note, right?
I would also like to mention that there is a cyclic voltammetry example project in the ADuCM355 example projects library that might help you.
I hope it helps.Best regards,Scott
Since posting this I have discovered and ordered the EVAL-AD5940ELCZ which I think may be more suitable for my requirements.
Hi Ian, maybe the EmStat Pico module (a joint development between Analog and PalmSens) is more suitable for your requirements. This system-on-module is based around the ADuCM355 and supports CV out of the box. Please find more information here: www.emstatpico.com
The EmStat Pico has a development board that can be used with PStrace software for windows to run (CV or other) experiments directly on the module.
