I'm not sure I understand your question. When you say front buffer and input buffer what are you referring to? The CN0269 board? The ADC? Could you please provide more details to help better answer your question? Thanks.
When I read CN0269's circuit notes, I found that the titles of the following pictures are whether there is a front buffer or not, and whether there is an input buffer or not.
But finally, when the note concludes, it says, "From the figures above, we can see the circuit with the input buffer has a better settling performance than the circuit without front buffer at switching rates less than 1 MHz." So I wonder if these two buffers mean the same thing.
