Thank you for your help. I am testing the relationship between switching speed and setup time according to CN0269 circuit notes. The abscissa of the graph I gave is to indicate the switching speed, from 100Hz to 1MHz. But the note says that we should use LabVIEW to control EVAL-SDP-CB1Z, but I'm not sure. Does ADI provide any reference in this respect?
The multi-channel acquisition speed given by the evaluation software can only reach 62.5KHz.
We created a LabVIEW program for the CN0269 that showcases the features and benefits of the CN0269. It's designed for a quick and easier evaluation of the CN0269 capabilities. It can be found here (ftp://ftp.analog.com/pub/cftl/CN0269/1.0.2/)
So the software ADI supports is that LabVIEW GUI, but that doesn't prevent you from creating your own software on a Microcontroller or other platform. ADI just will not support you in that development or troubleshooting if it doesn't work, nor are we responsible for anything that might happen to the CN0269 board if you violate any specs.
Maybe I didn't make it clear that I had installed the evaluation software. Only when I made Switching Speed and Settling Time Test Results on CN0269 circuit notes, the notes required that the even and odd channels of CN0269 be shortened respectively, and then the switching speed be changed from 100 Hz to 1 MHz. But when the evaluation software chooses the multi-channel acquisition mode, the maximum sampling rate can only reach 62.5KHz. How can I solve this problem? Or is it just that the even channel and the odd channel are shortened separately on the circuit note, but the single channel is still used to collect data? In addition, notes say that from 100Hz to 1MHz each 1KHz sampling, each frequency sampling 10 times, that is not to say that I need to do 10,000 data per graph, for me this is too much, is there any simple method?

So these results were taken with an earlier version of software where we hadn't bound the sampling rate to a maximum number. After we obtained this data, we wanted to optimize the software so that anyone who was using the software/hardware in combination would receive results that highlighted the 18-bit resolution along its specified errors.
We didn't want to have users trying to switch the channels at a high speed, and still "think" they could get a true 18-bit system. That is why the sampling frequency is limited in multi acquisition mode.
