In MAX9959, how can I calculate the sense resistor value based on maximum load current?
Sense resistor value is calculated by the following formula:
For example, if max load current is 500 mA then Range A needs to be selected, which supports maximum 800 mA current.
Required Rsense value can be calculated by using above formula as follows:
