ad5522 with AVDD+12V AVSS-12V FOH & MEASOUT output does‘t match in FIMV mode

1.ESD Protection Diode of GPIO.

2.Yes, measured by a voltage meter.

3.Measure current gain = 10,Measure OUT Gain = 0.2.

4.We bought a EVA board recently, and the same behavior was observed. The linearity of MV is perfect， but has a Significant offset(Several hundred mV). ​The issue is currently resolved through software calibration. Is there better solution?

Apologies for the delay in response due to the holiday break.

If the linearity is okay an it's just the offset that is the problem, I personally think that calibration isn't a bad idea.
