I couldn't figure out the relevant info from AD5560 datasheet. Could you help me understand waht is drift over hours of AD5560 Force Voltage, Measure Voltage & Measure Current?

We do not spec this parameter and we don't have data for this. You can use the tempco specifications on the datasheet for guidance.
