We are developing ATE equipment using ad5522.
1. The current you want to measure is 80 mA, which is the Max current range based on AD5522.
2. Calibration itself is not possible. +-80 mA needs to be calibrated based on FI, but +80 mA is calibrated by changing the register, but -80 mA does not reach -80 mA even if the register setting value is MIN, so calibration itself is not possible. It reaches -77 mA, -78 mA.
3. If AD5522 is output by connecting two CHs, is Gang Mode supported?
Is there a way to resolve the above issue or do you need more information? (e.g. circuit diagram)
