Hello. I wondered if you could help me.
The purpose is to increase the accuracy of the AD5522's leakage current measurement.
The AD5522 is connected as shown in the figure below, and the current is measured when the DUT is not connected.
Next, I would like to apply an external voltage and measure the current to derive the difference in AD5522.
Is it possible to do the above using the SYS_FORCE pin? If so, could you please let me know the SW settings?

After reviewing your inquiry, this is how we understand what you are trying to do:
May I know why you are want to use the SYS_FORCE pin for this? Would you like to do simultaneous forcing of voltage to several parts?
However, if this is indeed what you would like to implement, here are the software settings required:
1. Set FOHx to High-Z (Using a PPMU Register write - Bits 19 and 20).
2. Make sure that the External Current Range Always On Mode is disabled (Bits 15 - 17) so that no current will flow from the external driver into the EXTFOHx pin.
3. Select your SF0 and SS0 bits settings, depending on your preference: whether you want SYS_SENSE connected to MEASVHx or not (I don't think it matters, though).
Please also be cautious of the voltage you'll force into the SYS_FORCE pin. This pin, as well as the SYS_SENSE pin, are not designed for large currents to flow in and out of them. They can only handle continuous currents of 80mA at 90degC.

Regarding the question below, what the customer wants to know is how to improve the detection accuracy of external current.
I received a question because I was unsure how to use SYS_FORCE, but if there is a general method, I would also like to know.
