Formula to measure voltage

Question

Hi, 
 I have a problem with the MV voltage formula with the AD5522. 
 Currently, I use the formula below for the current and it works fine. But the formula for the voltage gives me negative numbers. Am I using the right formula? 
 For example (Vref = 5V): 
 Vdut = 0V => Out = -2.24 (Vmin = 11.249) 
 Vdut = 4V => Out = -1.449 (Vmin = 11.249) 
 It is written in point 2 that OFFSET DAC, does not change the value of the output voltage. However, this is part of the formula ?

 It seems that you're getting negative numbers because of the typo error in the given formula. 
 If you would take a look on page 32 of datasheet, there's a negative sign included on the VMIN calculation (see snippet below)
