The output current of ADATE320 PPMU loading voltage measurement is unstable

Category: Hardware
Product Number: ADATE320

Hello!

I have a question about ADATE320:

When the ADATE320 chip is configured in the working mode of PPMU loading voltage measurement, each time the power supply of the ADATE320 chip is disconnected and then re-powered to configure the output current, the measured current value is a random value within a certain range of the configured value (assuming that the output current is configured to be 40mA.The result of each measurement is a random value around 40mA, with a range of about 10%); However, when the ADATE320's power supply remained inactive and the output current was constantly reconfigured, each measurement was consistent (jitter range of about 0.5%).

When the ADATE320 chip is configured to the PPMU pressurized current measurement or driver operating mode, the output voltage measurement value is consistent (jitter range is about 0.5%) every time the power is powered on and reconfigured.

Excuse me:Under what conditions will this happen, is it an inherent attribute of the ADATE320 chip? Or is there any special requirement for the power supply input? Or is there a problem with the measurement? Or some other reason?

I am looking forward to your answer. Thank you!
