To answer your first question, first we need to get additional details. This is to allow us to provide ADI products appropriate to your need:

1. Can you specify required supply voltage levels for the switches?
2. Are there any specific on-resistance requirements for the switches?
3. What speed requirement do you need for the switching?

4. How do you plan to control the switch/multiplexer (e.g., toggling individual switches simultaneously)?

To answer your second question regarding ADI's ADC recommendations, we also need additional details as follows:

1. Can you specify the desired resolution (number of bits) for the ADC?

2. What sampling and throughput rate are suitable for your application?

Part A

A1: We estimate that the clamp voltage used is +/- 1.5V, and open/short pass voltage is around +/- 0.7V. The other question is FVMI (Force Votage measure Current) measured current around 20uA.

 A2: At application note CN0104.pdf, "The output impedance of the MEASOUTx path is typically 60 Ω in addition to the switch impedance"

A3: Base on datasheet

A4, Yes, toggling individual switches simultaneously

Part B

A1/A2：Because only to do open/short testing, the range of pass voltage pass is very large, and the accuracy of 14bits or 12bits is enough.

The other question is the ADC conversion of positive and negative voltages and currents. I would like to ask ADI to recommend suitable ADC and reference circuits?

I have a few things to clarify from your last response. 

Part A (A1): Regarding the first sentence in A1 and assuming that you used FIMV mode, what current did you force? For the second sentence in A1, did you force 0.7V to achieve 20 µA?

Part A (A2): Apologies for the confusion. I meant to ask about the switch that connects the AD5522 to the DUT side (please refer to the yellow-highlighted part in the figure below). I would like to know if you have specific on-resistance requirements for the switch you are planning to use.

Regarding to your responses in Part A (A3 & A4): I’d like to invite a product expert,Christian to this forum. I am sure he can provide further assistance with switch/mux recommendations and other considerations.
