The AD5560 switches from the 4-channel 500mA Gang power supply mode to the single-channel 250uA current measurement mode to measure the leakage current less than 1uA. The current measured in the first 25ms is too large and proportional to the output voltage. The current attenuation basically follows the RC discharging curve. After 25ms, this current decreases to the point where it does not affect the measurement. Because range switching affects the test time, we hope to understand the reasons for the generation of this transient current, such as whether the relationship between the value at t=0 and the output voltage is fixed and whether the time constant is fixed, so that an algorithm can be designed to remove this effect. Of course, it would be better if the problem can be solved directly by adjusting the peripheral circuit parameters. The current stability at the target time is less than 5ms, and it is best to achieve 1ms. Attached is the relevant circuit diagram.
