What is the function of Low Leak and High Imepedance Receive mode in pin electronics MAX32000

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: MAX32000

Hi All, out to.

What is the function of "Low Leak" and "High Imepedance Receive" mode in pin electronics MAX32000 ?

  • Hi JJ,

In MAX32000 "Low Leak" mode, you have the lowest leakage (nA range) at the DUT_ pins and there is essentially no functionality from MAX32000. In "High Impedance Receive", the leakage is higher (uA range) but the comparator, and the OVHV and OVLV (over voltage) are functional.

    Hope this answers your question.
