 I'd like to ask a question about what is the meaning of KBCZ in "ADATE334 KBCZ" 
 
 and if you can I wish you to let me know what is the meaning of JP in "AD53508 JP"

 I believe KBCJ refers to the Ball Grid Array packaging which is also find in reference to ADV7626:

 And JP refers to Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier packaging as shown on page 4 of the datasheet:
