AD53508 : PPMU Circuit

Question

Hello Friends, 
 Please suggest Papers & Literature where the applications, use & complete theory of AD53508 : PPMU Circuit is given. 
 I have gone through the datasheet. I want to understand its working when we use it for Current Forcing, Voltage Measurement, Forcing Voltage, Current Measurement.

 As with your question about the AD5520, this part looks fairly specific to semiconductor ATE, although made available for general purchase. Although the product page lists the part as being in production, it's not listed for sale, and at least one of our distributors lists the part as obsolete. 
 You may be better off researching solutions based on discrete op-amps, or more modern devices. Here's some information on multichannel SMU solutions:
