The typical application circuit can be found below and in Figure 2 of the MAX4465-69 datasheet (Rev 2 6/12)
This configuration forms an active bandpass filter with gain ((Rf+Rin)/Rin). The 1uF (with 10k ohms in series) at the input forms the high pass (low band rolloff) and the 100pF (with 100k ohms in parallel) combination in feedback forms the lowpass (high band rolloff). The current values are selected to set the rolloffs based on the audio range (just below 20 Hz for the high pass / low end, and just before 20kHz on the low pass / high end). The exact 3dB cutoffs are 15.9 Hz and 15.9kHz respectively.
