We are trying to sync all MAX9759 with the same clock as shown in Fig 7 in datasheet. We found that if there is clock present on the SYNC pin, the SYNC_OUT of that chip will be gone. Please help to check.

The SYNC_OUT only outputs a signal when SYNC is held in a stable state (not an external oscillator). Please apply the first MAX9759's SYNC_OUT to the rest of MAX9759's SYNC inputs. The pin description indicates similar behavior — read down to the ‘SYNC_OUT’ description.
