Could you please provide information about the recommended and minimum pad sizes for the PCB footprint, and whether you suggest soldermask-defined or not?
I'm in a battle with the PCB vendor over copper clearances and need to use the minimum possible pad diameter.

I'm trying to find an IPC-7351 calculator online but it's a bit of a hassle. If you could tell me the ball size for ADAU1860-1 I'm happy to use this guideline from the app note.
