Product Number: ADAU1787
Hello,
We're designing a board with the ADAU1787.
We used an oline library for the composant on our pcb design but our manufacturer is asking us questions about the soldermask.
He gave us two options and we want to see with you what will be the safest way of designing it.
Option : A : we suggest to make complete soldermask opening for the BGA area.
Option : B : we suggest to shrink the BGA pads and we will control the BGA pads as 0.2mm after production.And we will make soldermask bridge between BGA pads.
