How do I interface the EVAL-MICCANVASZ with the EVAL-ADAU1452RevBZ?

EVAL-MICCANVASZ is the standard microphone array from Analog Devices to evaluate any audio setup. The EVAL-ADAU1452RevBZ doesn't have a dedicated port for the EVAL-MICCANVASZ like the EVAL_ADAU1467Z and the interface needs to happen using fly wires. The connections are as follows,
