This error appears for multiple reasons. One reason for this might be due to the fact that the Sigma Studio schematic exceeded the hardware limitations, but the other reason (which is more common) is due to the modules not being loaded correctly the first time you open the schematic. Click on OK and Link Compile Download the schematic. This error would stop coming up then. More information on this can be found here.
