Failed to Program TDSP using Lark Studio

Hi there!

I'm having the error "Failed to Program TDSP" when I try to program TDSP on ADAU1860 evaluation board using Lark Studio (please see the picture). I made sure to configure properly Power and PLL before programming to TDSP. Do you know if there are other requirements? Please any help will be useful. Thank you!
