    how we can remove hiss sound from the system?
    

    I think compressor is capable enough to handle the noise so i don't need external bias circuit then also i had used.

      Hi,
      

      A hiss sound can be probably a high-frequency generation.
      Is it possible for you to probe and have a scope shot on MIC_IN+, Pin7, and AMP_IN+?
      

      Also, I can see that you have used most of the recommended values for typical application as shown on Figure 2 or Figure 16 of the SSM2166 data sheet. For the Audio +IN (Pin 7), it is recommended to use a 0.1uF coupling capacitor.
