Indesign has an experienced Project Management staff with excellent skills in managing projects from the concept phase, through the design/development phase, and into manufacturing. Good Project Management is key to ensuring that the new product development project is successful and delivered on time. The project team is led by an Indesign Project Manager who is an expert at resolving issues and mitigating the risks of the project. The Project Manager maintains close communication throughout the project to ensure that the project is proceeding consistent with the client needs.
