Who owns the intellectual property at the end of a project?
At the conclusion of a project, you (the client) would own the intellectual property. We view our project engagements as a "work for hire" arrangement. And just like an employee working for you, the work we do is owned by you. Indesign does own some intellectual property that often times we can use on a project to save time and money. If we use this IP on your project, we will identify it as such and grant you a royalty-free license to use it, but we will retain ownership so that we can continue to use it going forward on other projects.
