Typically we engage on a "time and materials" basis. Just like one of your own employees, when we work for an hour, we charge for an hour. We also bill any materials or other items we purchase on your behalf directly to you. At the start of a project, we will prepare a Statement of Work proposal so that you will have a good idea of the tasks we will do for you, what we will deliver to you, how much we will charge and how long it will take. We hate surprises as much as you, so we will keep you very informed of the progress of your project as we move forward. Typically this is done with regular project team meetings or conference calls and regular status reports. We highly encourage our clients to participate in decisions that influence the direction of their project.
