Most developers will need to obtain the Analog Device's A2B add-on package which contains add-ons for SigmaStudio, an API library, and examples and documentation about using A2B.
For applications where the A2B slave devices are operated in a default configuration and the provided A2B network topology is all that is needed then the package from Clockworks for the A2B EVM will be sufficient. Though package is an overstatement, it's just the exported .h file output of SigmaStudio based on the topology. That .h file is included in your SHARC Audio Module software source. It's perhaps easiest to use the SHARC Audio Module Bare Metal Framework Wizard (part of the CCES add-ons available from ADI) to create a project with A2B and then edit it to use the new .h file instead of the Wizard generated one.
