I would like to know what are supported IDEs we can use to generate binaries for the ADuCM355 firmware.
Is there any other IDE (like CrossCore Embedded Studio) we can use other than IAR and Keil?
It would be nice if ADI was more proactive supporting the IDEs that their customers use, such as Segger Embedded Studio,
which is perhaps the nicest IDE for ARM processors.
At the very least, it should…
Keil and IAR are the only supported IDE's for the ADuCM355
Thanks for your response. Both IAR and Keil IDEs come with hefty licence costs.
We also would like to add builds for ADuCM355 in our CI (Continous Integration) system. Thus we would like to use the freely available toolchain to integrate into our build servers.
Do you have any suggestion about how can we build binaries just freely available toolchains? If yes, do you have any document for the same?
At the very least, it should be easier to find explicit instructions on defining the memory regions for the ADuCM355. The Hardware
Reference Manual does not have enough information and also has errors that make it impossibly confusing.
