I need a basic microcontroller with integrated ADC (just need one channel). The microcontroller needs to take and process data from the ADC which will be driven by an RF detector whose dc output voltage is proportional to the RF input level. The processing is very simple, essentially converting an ADC code into Watts or dBm using a y=mx+b equation. There would also be some calibration, that is, calculation and storage of the m and b in the above equation. The ADC needs 12 bits of input resolution, single ended input of 0-2.5 V or 0-5V. Sampling rate does not need to be fast, 10 kSPS is probably adequate. What are the options.
