Warning CPU could not be halted (EVAL-,ADuCM355QSPZ, IAR, Midas-Link

Hi All,

I have just received a EVAL-,ADuCM355QSPZ evaluation board, installed the latest IAR ARM EW 8.40.1 and Segger JLink for Windows (V656a) and am having terrible difficulty with repeated 'Warning CPU could not be halted' messages, as well as other messages like verification failures, could not start CPU core (errorcode -1) and CPU is not halted (when attempting to pause execution).

Powering via USB cable. Also tried using a Segger J-Trace with same results - and I know that this is a good J-Trace as I have used (and continue to use) this with other ARM processors.. Running standard samples that can be downloaded for this evaluation board.Tried slowing down connect (as can be seen in logs below).

Would have thought that this would be an easy 'out-of-the-box' evaluation. Any help appreciated!
