I tried your NestedVIC code

for IAR and I can't get Interrupts to work.

Is there a setting I am missing on IAR?

I am using IAR for ARM 6.40.1.3812 Starter Kit.

Please check all Options in detail, this is the main cause of problems normally.

I have checked on real HW - ADuC7060 Evaluation-Board - and interrupts are generated.

You have selected the Simulator, which only simulates the core, not the peripherals generating the interrupts.

Thank you for your prompt responses.

But I am a little confuse base on your last post.

1) I am using real HW, in fact I am using the EVAL-ADuC7061MKZ

2) I had no idea that having the simulator selected as a debugger affected the way the code runs

    on the ADuC7061 if loaded via bootloader.  Which is the only way one can load code on the ADuC7061MKZ kit.

    No Debugger.

So, If I don't have JTAG available to use with the IAR, what Driver should I select on the Debugger Setup other than simulator in order to get the Nested Interrupt code to work??

Sorry I missed this, but than the only chance is for you to download with ARMWSD and check via GPIO toggle that it is working.

Or buy a JTAG Emulator - there are cheap once available starting at about 20$.

Any ARM7 compliant will do it - even a self-built Wiggler-Clone.
