In combination with the OP-AMP you need to tie the Vin- to AGND - this is only possible for the AUX ADC channels if you bypass the negative buffer input.
Bit 2-3 of ADC1CON or if the PRIMARY ADC is used at GAIN 1 automatically.

In differential mode,you mean is ADC1 can into AGND ? (ADC0/ADC1 differential mode) .
My English is not good, so please understand.
I do pressure transmitter (4-20mA), as power consumption, can not be used ADUC7060 internal amplification.
Sensor 5V power supply bridge mode, the output common-mode voltage 2.5V, the maximum signal is 7mV.
Signal amplification can help deal with me?
