I want to ask how to control the gain step within 0.1dB, do you have a
recommendation? We'll use this part in DTV transmitter.
Answer
Depending on the frequency range, they may be able to get less than 0.25 dB or
0.20 dB. At higher frequencies this is not possible. Another thing to
consider is the size of the dynamic range. You may want to consider using a
gain detector (AD8302 and AD8364).
