I want to use the AD8417 to measure the control current for a relay. The CMvoltage at the shunt resistor will be between (approx.) -1 and 28V.My question is: VCC for AD8417 will be turned off for extended periods (up toweeks), while a high (28V) CM voltage is present on the inputs. Is this aproblem for the IC, or will this result in damage to the IC?
