MAX2235 operates directly from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and has a typical output power of +30dBm at 3.6V supply. However you can achieve up to 32.5dBm at 5V with a frequency of 836MHz. Page 4 of the datasheet shows Output Power Vs Vin graph at 836 MHz to give you some idea.
