2.       Please provide mechanical data, drawing, dimensions of the Eval-board

and the mechanical data and dimensions (EvalBoard_Drill.pdf) of the eval board
for AD8114/5.

There is no 3D model of this eval board available.

"Electrical schematics and PCB details as brd files of the board"

Kindly find attached the electrical schematics
(EvalBoard_AD8114_5_02-005957-01-c-2.pdf) and the .brd file
(EvalBoard_AD8114_5_005957c.brd) of the evaluation board.
