Q
In the data sheet, I did not find data about the input bias current (value at25°C, variation with common mode voltage, variation with temperature, etc...)
Could you please give me some informations about that?
As the shunt can also be placed in the negative rail, I need input bias current
variations for a common mode input range varying from -1V to +60V.
We will cut-off the 5V power supply with the inputs remaining connected to a
60V positive battery rail and
I'd like to know if this operating mode is not harmful for the device and what
is the value of the input bias current in such a case.

Attached are some slides explaining the input bias current of the AD8210. Theycontain all of the info that you asked.
The AD8210 can work with a negative common mode voltage of -2V. So, yet, our
AD8210 product expert believes the answer to your question is indeed yes. The
AD8210 will work well with any input common mode voltage from -2V to 65V, even
if that voltage is varying, like for example PWM applications.
If you want a part with less input bias current and similar performance, I
suggest to have a look at AD8207. www.analog.com/AD8207
