Q
What is the major difference between the ADA4661-2 and ADA4666-2?
A
The ADA4661-2 is designed to have a lower offset voltage (correspondingly,
higher common mode rejection) than the ADA4666-2. The ADA4661-2 uses Analog
Devices Inc. patented DigiTrim technique to achieve a higher degree of
precision than is available from other CMOS amplifiers. The DigiTrim technique
is a method of trimming the offset voltage of an amplifier after assembly.
Post-package trimming allows correction of any offset voltage caused by
mechanical stresses of assembly.
