Q
We need to be able to correct for the variation of Input Offset Voltage withtemperature over the range -40 to +70degC. The data sheet only gives a typical
temp coefficient at 25degC. Can we assume it is a straight line? If not a
straight line then is it a predictable shape? Any additional information on
offset
voltage temperature variation is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As per you inquiry kindly find the answers below.1. The data sheet only gives a typical temp coefficient at 25degC. Can we
assume it is a straight line? If not a straight line then is it a predictable
shape?
The Input Offset Voltage vs. Temperature does not vary in a straight line.
Kindly find in the datasheet (http://www.analog.com/ADCMP573) under “Typical
Performance Characteristics” Figure 11.
As visible in the figure the Input Offset Voltage vs. Temperature does not
follow a straight line. Kindly remember that these are typical values, which
may differ from part to part.
