Can you please provide the following information for the REF198ESZ ?
1. Typical Power, (Pd typ)
2. Maximum Power (Pd max)
3. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

(1) Look at the REF19x data sheet at the “specifications” tables. Max supply
current is about 45uA for Vsy=5V and -40C<TA<85C. We did not spec a typical
number.
(2) Max Isy is 45uA for Vsy=5V and -40C<TA<85C.
(3) Table 24 shows junction-ambient and junction-case thermal resistance.
The major difference would be the input voltage (Vsy) to the parts.
REF195: 5.15V with no load
REF198: 5V with no load
Supply current is 45uA with no load.
