MAX9939 Common mode Input Range

As long as you operate within the Input common-mode voltage range then you should be OK.
Can you give further details on your concern? Also, what gain do you intend to use the part for?

thanks for your quick answer. I supply the MAX9939 with 4,096 V and also want to have common mode input voltages of 4 V for example. Is that possible?

The data sheet says Vcc-2,2V, so 4,096 V - 2,2 V = 1,896 V is the common mode input range. I want to use different gains, for example 157 and 10. I am looking for diagrams that show the common mode input range dependent on the gain and other parameters.
