Pspice model file

Hi nalluri ,

May I know where did you get the model that you are using in this LTspice Simulation? As per checking, the AD8336 had a different symbol on our updated library. (See Figure below)

As per checking, there should be no problem with this updated model.

I have attached here the example circuit your your reference.

I was downloaded that Pspice model from your engineer Zone only.

anyway thanks for your reply.

• The total gain varies with a voltage of -600mv to 600mv  as per attached Screenshot.
• In our design We are terminating Vgneg pin with positive 1.25v supply and Vgpos voltage through DAC 
• We are planning to give DAC voltage from 650mv to 1850mv to Vgpos pin to achieve gain of  -600mv to 600mv from the formula  Vgain=Vgpos-Vgneg.
• We are connecting our circuit in non inverting configuration with pre amplifier gain as 4*.and total gain is up to 46db.please find the attached files for info.
• in our design we getting only 8 to 10db gain .preamplifier gain is coming properly but output is improper.if you suggest any changes it will helpful for our design.
• our input signal range is from -60db to -10db and freq is upto 20-40MHz .

Hi nalluri ,

You can open the updated AD8336 model in the LTspice. We suggest to update your LTspice through this link: LTspice Information Center | Analog Devices. Then, go to the tools bar and click update components. 

Then, go to the components and click the AD8336 to view the updated model.

Hello nalluri, 

There are two available models for the AD8336: LTspice and Web model. It seems that the LTspice model have an updated version of the AD8336 which you can use by following the steps mentioned above. For the web model, this link can be used: https://www.analog.com/media/en/simulation-models/spice-models/ad8336.cir. I'll share your concern to the team so we can update the web model as well.
