Product Number: AD8331
Hi,
I'm Evaluating the AD8331 on the evaluation board AD8331-EVALZ. However I observed mixing products like below photos:
Setting: LNA and VGA actived, 5V power supply provided by LDO ADP7104, Hi-Gain Mode, Slope=UP, Rclapm=open, Vctrl=0.51 (external power supply), Pin=-14dBm
@10MHz
@20MHz
@30MHz
Where do these sideband spurious come from ? They have the same freq. offset about 4-5MHz to the fundamental. From measured P1dBin at this setting the AD8331 is not saturated. Need urgent help, please...
