    I'm slightly confused by the pin spacing on LTC6091. The amplifier is rated for +-140V and rail-to-rail but (I think, please correct me if wrong) if I apply 140V to one of the supply pins (say V+A) and want GND at the OUTA then there's 140V separated by a clearance of 0.5mm. From what I can tell IPC-2221B states the clearance should be a minimum of 0.6mm.
    

    

    Could you please offer advice on how to proceed with this.
