Product Number: AD8211
Hello,
I am using AD8211 for a current monitor for LDMOS amplifier. The device is in series with VDD, which is 24 V nominal but can vary between 18-30 V. Based on the output voltage of AD8211 MCU sets the gate bias of the main PA. After some time The device failed since I am measuring 2.5 Ohm to ground on the V+ pin 5. Do you have any ideas what would cause this failure? I would not expect differential voltages higher than 30 V.
