some questions about EVKIT datasheet

Thread Summary

The user encountered issues with their APD circuit using the MAX40660, noting discrepancies in the current calculations from Table 2 of the MAX40660 Evaluation Kit. The final answer clarifies that Equation 1 is only valid for small signal currents below 100uA, not for the mA-range currents listed in Table 2. The user is still awaiting further clarification on the specific values.

Hi, I used a MAX40660 to make a APD circuit, but it doesn't work.So I read the MAX40660 Evaluation Kit to compare my circuit with it. In my opinions, the Kit use an input Voltage to simulate optical current. When I read "Current Pulse Measurements", I noticed that the data of Table 2 made me confused,if  INPUT SERIES RESISTANCE RS = 1,  GENERATOR INPUT HIGH VOLTAGE = 0.855V,  GENERATOR INPUT LOW VOLTAGE =0.15V, according to the Equation 1, the current is not 10 mA.I want to know where I went wrong. My understanding is that the VCAL-SET here is the voltage I input.Thank you.
