Product Number: MAX44284
I use the MAX44284. This compoents is used for measuring the current of a GaN transistors. In transient time at low temperature the measurement starts at 0.6 A even if the real current is about 1.3 A. This transient time occurs 8 seconds. Too long for our regulation loop. Besides it can affect the MTBF of the transistors.
Anybody have solution to cancel this effect!
