  I use the MAX44284. This compoents is used for measuring the current of a GaN transistors. In transient time at low temperature the measurement starts at 0.6 A even if the real current is about 1.3 A. This transient time occurs 8 seconds. Too long for our regulation loop. Besides it can affect the MTBF of the transistors. 

Anybody have solution to cancel this effect!

We try to add a RC filer at the output of the MAX44284 -> The issue is the same.

Could it be important to have a transient time without over current and over voltage. The load is composed by lot of capacitors.

Do you have any standar schematics ?

We have continued the investigation of the effect at low temperature. We saw the component do not work wee is its environement temperature is below 5 °C. The current read is 6 times lower compared to the value.

Addition to this we added a thermal source o this component. We saw the transient time is reduced a lot. It could be about 1second compared to the 10 s in standard.

We change the electric schematics to be closed to your datasheet's suggestion. No change of the issue.

We have controlled the voltage on the RS+ and RS- on the component's pins. It is correct even if the voltage at the output is wrong.

Please, may you have any advices ?
