Product Number: LT6375
I am building a circuit with lt6375. Here there is a problem about shutdown function.
When I supplied the SHDN pin with 11V, there is no problem.
But when I connect shdn to gnd output goes 4.5V-5.5V. But it should goes high impedance as I see from datasheet.
Can you verify it, when SHDN is GND, output goes to high impedance?
These are our voltage values in our circuit.
6375_REF_ABC = 5.5V
6375_REF = 1.5V
Vcc2 = 11V
